Raw Rice that we procured is washed and steamed, then crushed into powder form in-order to make steam cake more soft and tasty. As we all know that steam cake is healthy dish because it does not contain oil content and therefore when steamed its totally safe. Puttu is the favourite breakfast food of kids and youngsters in Kerala. Basically puttu is steamed cylinders of ground rice layered with grated coconut. Our puttu powder is an ideal mix of pure rice, coarse ground to make puttu tasty. Steam passes through the thick cylinder due the coarse nature of the ground rice and multiple layers of grated coconut. This also provides its own aroma and taste and tops up the sweetness
